Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch items within two working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and you should therefore expect delivery within seven days. We are unable to make claims for non-delivery until 15 days after they have been dispatched. In the unfortunate even that we are let down by Royal Mail, please let us know and we will, of course, arrange for a full refund.
Standard delivery is based on individual items for UK customers.
Our postage and package rates are highly competitive because we aim to recycle packaging wherever possible. Our Spots shop generates a mountain of empty boxes every week and we realised it was crazy to use yet more new boxes for web orders. We believe most of our customers will welcome this initiative, especially as we are passing on the savings to you.
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us
You can return unopened goods, for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the goods are faulty in which case we will re-fund the cost of postage.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
